HOBBY FARMS & RANCHES
With homes on acreages, clients selling eggs, vegetables or cut flowers at farmers’ markets, hobby farms and ranches can present a unique set of challenges not typically encountered on your standard homeowner’s risk. Higher limits of coverage are often required for outbuildings and equipment, and an increased liability exposure can also exist.
High allowances for acreage, revenue and livestock coverage means Cansure is able to provide coverage for many types of hobby farms and ranches. Whether your client has chickens, cows or llamas, a market garden or grazing land, we will work to customize your coverage solutions, designed to fit each individual circumstance.
Cansure is also able to consider risks falling into the ‘non-standard’ category, including vacant and idle risks, properties on leased land, and those with multiple dwellings on the same site.
