Pari Abbassi started her career in the Insurance industry over 25 years ago when she joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in Toronto. Over the years she has worked on both the company side and the broker side of the industry. Having been a broker, Pari is able to effectively communicate with brokers as she understands the challenges they face; and having worked at multiple insurers, she has experience with many different product lines and what makes Cansure’s products superior. Pari joined the Cansure team in 2014 and is Senior Underwriter as well as Practice Leader for Hobby Farms and Ranches. In her role, she is focused on research and development of ways to enhance, improve and promote Cansure’s farm capabilities. Pari is committed to providing excellent service to her broker partners and building solid relationships with them. She holds the Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations, along with her Bachelor of Arts (BA).
Underwriting Manager, Personal Lines (Western Canada)
Nathan Tjandrawinata has over a decade of combined Personal Lines experience, working in both the standard and non-standard marketplace. Additionally, Nathan holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics. He understands that unlike the standard market, Cansure is here to help fit square pegs into round holes. Coupling deep expertise with a passion for service Nathan has built strong relationships with his broker customers by delivering custom solutions for challenging risks.
