Sarah Brown is an Underwriting Manager and Cansure’s Inland Marine Practice Leader. She joined Cansure in 2012 after working for ten years at an insurance brokerage.Sarah utilizes her many years of industry experience on both the underwriting and broking side of the business to ensure that her customers receive thoughtful responses and quotes. She brings a creative and problem-solving approach to underwriting and enjoys crafting comprehensive insurance solutions.In addition to leading the Inland Marine Team Sarah also underwrites property, casualty and construction accounts. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia; she is a Chartered Insurance Professional, Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker and also holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation.

Senior Underwriter, Acting Practice Leader for Inland Marine

Gabriella began her career with Cansure in 2015 after completing British Columbia Institute of Technology’s General Insurance and Risk Management Program and Simon Fraser’s Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Legal Studies. During her career, Gabriella has developed the skills and expertise in numerous areas of the insurance industry. Gabriella’s role as a multi-line underwriter specializing in emerging and niche markets allows her to utilize her expertise that she has gained to provide comprehensive risk transfer solutions. Gabriella is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation.
